When I was 15 years old, I realized it was important to keep myself healthy since I had a family history that contained multiple medical issues. So I started bodybuilding.
Twelve years later, I had an opportunity to compete in the CAN-AM bodybuilding competition and won Most Muscular, Best Poser and Best Over All in the middle weight division.
I have always been intrigued by the human body and its abilities. After years of contemplation, I realized that I wanted to be involved in a profession that combined my strength and knowledge of the human body to help people. As a result I decided to pursue massage therapy –– a decision I have never regretted.
I attended Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I graduated in 2007 and passed the New York State boards afterward.
Once I graduated, I needed to make a decision on where to begin my practice. After much thought, I decided that I wanted to open a private practice in a unique setting that would provide each client with privacy and peace. My practice officially opened in April 2008 in our Victorian home in Watertown, NY. It has become the setting I had always hoped, providing each client with a peaceful private atmosphere.
